- The event is business casual. The event organizers will email a detailed itinerary along with suggested attire for the activities and events listed.
- Are meals included?
- Select receptions, breakfasts, and dinners are included with your Summit ticket. A detailed itinerary will be provided.
- Can I bring a guest?
- Guest add-on tickets are no longer available now that VIP has sold out. Each attendee registers with their own General Admission ticket ($1,350).
- Are VIP tickets still available?
- No. VIP tickets for Proxy Summit 2026 are officially sold out. General Admission tickets are currently available for $1,350.
- Is the Proxy Summit hotel room block still available?
- The official Proxy Summit room block at Resorts World Las Vegas is sold out. The Summit will still take place at Resorts World Las Vegas, and attendees are responsible for booking their own accommodations.
- What does my General Admission ticket include?
- Your $1,350 General Admission ticket includes Summit access, curated experiences, networking events, and access to selected Summit programming throughout the week. Lodging is not included — attendees book their own accommodations.
- Are activities included?
- Afternoon experiences and activities are included with your Summit ticket, subject to availability. You can express your preference during registration.
- Is parking available?
- Detailed parking and transportation information will be provided to all registered attendees closer to the event date.

- What is the cancellation policy?
